Sneak Peak

Not long now! In 16 days I'll be leaving for Malaysia. With a new year comes a new journey and new experiences. I will be faithful and update my blog as often as I can, and I hope that you will be faithful and follow me...

Here's a little teaser so you can see how much I'll be reading when I'm away. Just so you know that I'm not going on holiday, but actually taking a full course study. :) The interesting thing is to see how I'll get all these books in my luggage, when I can only have 15 kilos in my checked suitcase...

For those of you who wonder why I'm writing in English: because I have friends and family across the Globe who don't speak Norwegian, I have chosen the language that most of my readers understand. Hope you'll enjoy my blog and ignore my grammar mistakes if there are any (it's been way too long since I wrote proper English)...

Who knows - next time I post something, I might be in Asia already! :) But for now I'll leave you with a quote by St. Augustine: "The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page."

Discovering a new continent

I know I'm lazy writing new posts on my blog, but please don't give up on me yet. The best is yet to come! :)

Just letting you all know that I will be traveling to Asia in the beginning of January. I will be studying religion in five different countries for three months: Malaysia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Indonesia. And I hope that YOU will follow my adventures by reading my blog! I might have a new blog by then, but I'll let you know. So please keep checking in!

I'll leave you with a Chinese proverb for now: A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
